Reporting within the groups according to Group Leaders instructions. Group Leaders to report to Rally Committee after checking the group yachts. |
| ARRIVAL |
16 May 2010, Monday. No yacht should enter the marina without permission of his Group Leader or representative on the Group CH.
Only one yacht per Group will be allowed to berth at a time. Wait for your turn to be invited in. Use your own anchor and go stern-to or bow-to to the quay as directed. Refer to harbour plan and exercise caution regarding shallow areas.
Attention: Since this harbour is not yet completed, the lights at the entrance to the harbour are not operational. If you must arrive after dark, please stay in contact with your group leader and they will give you instructions. We will post people at the entrance with lights and the pilot boat will come out of the harbour to guide you in.

Fuel available from trucks on 18th May prior to departure. (Difficult). Water pipes will be available at one place on the quay. No electrical hook-ups available. |

17th May, Thursday. Day Tour A visit to the Kale (fortress) and ancient city overlooking the sea and modern city. A visit to the Damlataş & Dim Mağaraları (Dripping - Stone Cave). More details follow.
19:00 Welcome Cocktail organised by the Alanya Municipality
20:00 Rally Dinner with dancing and entertainment.

| NOTES |
Alanya is a very active tourist city. The Old Harbour quay with its restaurants reminds one of St. Tropez. Marina has a beautiful sand beaches on the east side. |
