Hank and Julie on SY Tapestry

Greetings from Kemer,

  This is a note from Hank and Julie on Tapestry to thank everyone for your wonderful support during the rally and especially after my unfortunate accident. From the moment I fell, members of the EMYR team were there to offer real help and support.  Hassan was at the hospital soon after I arrived, smoothing the way for me.  After surgery another gentleman who worked with EMYR was in my room when I returned.  Later Shavas made endless phone calls to help arrange transportation home and lodging in Kemer.  A special thanks to Si and other menbers of Group 1 who sent along a lovely bouquet of flowers.  We are staying in Kemer, in the Turkies Resort. Umut was here to greet me upon my arrival.  Julie and David moved Tapestry back to the marina here at Kemer.  Bill and Bun Bailey, who are old friends, will move the boat to Marmaris and see that it is put back on the hard. They have arrived here in Kemer and will leave with the boat tomorrow.  We will fly back to the U.S.A. tomorrow morning.  Thank you again for all of your help.  Julie and I have fond memories of all of you on the first part of the Rally.  It was a great time.  We look forward to coming back next year to try again.  All the best.  Hank and Julie
